Shopper, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you could replace or cancel an order before it has shipped. We will make our best effort to cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, then it's the customer responsibility to keep the product in good condition with its original packing with all the labels and tags.
When we receive the product back at Riwayat, we will inspect the product and process the replacement within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the request raised.
